About Us
We started locally – filling our new physical gym for complete beginners in just 3 weeks of promotion to 13/14 maximum capacity.Creating a Global Online Brand and a Community/Learning platform as an extension of our gym was simply a natural next step to help fulfill our mission.
About Our Founders
Petr Haiser

The kid who was bullied at 9, started Muay Thai because of it, had 70 fights – and is now on a mission to bring Muay Thai to everyone who needs it.Has a specific sense of humor. So much that you won't know whether to laugh or cry.
Orin Šventko

Enthusiastic soccer player turned amateur fighter – found out kicking the ball isn't nearly as fun as kicking the heavy bag.He is the Strength & Conditioning (S&C) specialist of the physical Muay Thai Lab.An extreme hard worker that is the epitome of "you'll win eventually if you don't give up".
Robin Šmíd

Started Muay Thai when 15 years old together with Petr. Few years prior starting Muay Thai he practiced the art of Aikido.He's a semi-retired fighter with over 20 fights – his dangerously strong hooks being a menace to many opponents who faced him.He's also a licensed Muay Thai referee.

Our goal is to teach you the art of combat effectively using both modern science and (thousands of years old) proven methods from Thailand.
„What can Muay Thai give me?“
You build resilience, strengthen your whole body, learn to throw a hard punch or a kick (so you can defend yourself or those you care about in a desperate situation) and most importantly – you develop strong discipline and healthy confidence.
„How does it work?“
When you join Muay Thai Lab on Skool, you get access to the Beginner Lab – an entire section dedicated to learning proper fundamentals. You also get access to The 30-Day Beginner Roadmap so you know exactly what to learn and practice.
„How often do I have to train?“
The 30-Day Beginner Roadmap consists of 4 days of training – each session designed to take you less than 30 minutes (including the warmup).
„Do I need a gym membership or equipment?“
While joining a gym can speed up your progress, you can definitely start at home without ANY equipment. All you need is to just make space of 3x3m in your living room, kitchen, garage or backyard.
„How do I know I am not practicing bad form?“
If you are committed to making fast progress and learning correct technique right from the start, you can get coached too – getting detailed video feedback on your training clips.

Hrnčířská 573/6, 602 00 Brno – Královo PoleU vstupu do obchodní pasáže se otočíš doprava, otevřeš dveře, sejdeš po schodech dolů do Human Labu, na recepci nahlásíš, že jdeš na thajský box a jdeš rovnou do šatny.

Ceník kurzu
Kurz se hradí vždy na měsíc dopředu. Zájemce se svým přihlášením zavazuje uhradit oba měsíce (celý kurz).
